You guys saved us after some buttheads broke into our car and tried to steal our car. To the woman that took my husbands call and got us scheduled for today, we are SO thankful that you were able to save us the very next day with a new car window! Ken came out to my work, right at the time he said he would, was super nice and was so fast! Thank you Ken for being so great and sorry I was a little slow getting to ya after you texted you were finished with the window and putting up with me and my crazy emotions! Our 6 year old son said thank you for fixing "his" side of the car's window! We will definitely be back! We are in need of a new windshield here soon! ~ CARISSA N

After my lawn care guy shattered my back window (a total accident), I called around to several places for replacement quotes. A Better Windshield had the most competitive price around! I scheduled with ease, the turnaround time was fast, and Angela in the office was so incredibly nice and helpful! Appt day came and Kenny touched base with me and was even EARLY! (Almost unheard of these days) Kenny was so polite, very efficient and gave me extremely helpful "after care" instructions that past places never have. I would give 10 stars if I could! We have been using A better windshield for quite a few years for our company and personal vehicles. Not once have we had a bad experience. Their pricing is half of or better of anyone in town. There glass has always been as good or better than oem. Angela always is super nice and very informative. Fast with getting us our prices and availability, and then getting us on the schedule. Nick has always been our installer, he’s thorough, works efficiently and always makes sure the job is done well. He also catches things before installing and has a good eye for perfection. Call them. We’ve had a string of break-ins at our apartment complex recently, and our sedan’s back passenger window was unfortunately one of the victims last week. I contacted A Better Windshield on Friday after a different repair shop’s cancelled my appointment last-minute. Nick came out today (Monday). In 30 minutes our window was replaced, and the price was extremely competitive (all other quotes I received were significantly higher). Nick was professional, kind, and answered any questions I had. We will 100% be contacting A Better Windshield in the future for windshield chips/replacements and any other auto glass needs. ~ Samantha R

I needed two windshields replaced at the same time. A Better Windshield was super accommodating with my schedule and very responsive to my questions. Had both windshields replaced at my home today while I worked! I got a quote from Safelite and they wanted to charge me $1200 because they said my lane assist would need recalibration. Come to find out my car does not need it and I got both of my windshields replaced for almost half that price! Thank God I trusted my gut, and contacted A Better Windshield. Been shopping around for a windshield for my truck I called a better windshield and they gave me the best price in town. I called six others before them and they best then all. Then I set up appointment and today Kenny the tech came out when I was getting off of work he already was at it . I came home spoke to him introduce myself and he done the same and got back to work. He then told me about the after care of things to not to do which I didn’t know 100% on . Kenny was very nice and respectful to me and my family. I have two more trucks I need to get done and you better believe I will be calling them back and I will be requesting Kenny to come out and do the job for me since I got such and great vibe from him . Kenny is very down to earth and over all from me just letting him today I know he is a good honest person m. Thank you Kenny and A Better Windshield. I appreciate you guys. Originally I missed my appointment and they were really great. They called me back before they sent the glass back to See if I had it Done already or if I still needed it. I DID still need it, desperately in fact, so I was really grateful that they went out of their way to call me back and check on me It really saved me a bunch of money and a bunch of legwork so I haven’t used the service yet but I’m sure it’s fabulous because the customer service has been amazing. ~ Rebecca C

We had our back windshield replaced today and I couldn’t be happier with the service! I asked the office staff if there was any chance he could come a little earlier, and he actually did — which was such a big help. Kenny was super friendly, worked quickly, and did an amazing job and he left everything clean when he was finished. Highly recommend if you ever need auto glass work done with these guys! Excellent customer service. It was quick and easy to book my appointment and they had availability much sooner than competitors. The price was also much cheaper than some of the big national chains, with no mobile service fee. My husband and I both got our windshields replaced in the same appointment and have had no problems. My car got broken into and shattered the back passenger door. Other places quoted me $400 and they did it for less than half of that. Nick came to my house and fixed it installed it, he was quick and with a baby it was so helpful not having to leave my home. Nick came out and was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, precise, and provided clear after care instructions. Company is amazing as well. Today, the Verizon wireless lines seemed to be down and therefore, I wasn't able to receive calls or texts. The company did great to make every attempt to reach me and help me get this done. Kaikeanalu called as planned & arrived at the beginning of the provided two hour window. Replaced the windshield so quickly and gave thorough aftercare instructions. Absolutely deserved a 5 star rating. This young guy knocked the windshield replacement in front of my house in an hour! I made the appointment 2 days ago. The last windshield replacement experience I had, I sat in a crowded waiting room for 4 hours waiting. This was extremely well priced and the technician was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. The place had a real chill setup when they rolled up to handle my windshield. Someone mentioned the lifetime warranty while working, which honestly made the whole thing feel way more legit.
